TERMS OF SERVICE

I reserve the right to decline any commission request.Commercial License grants the buyer the ability to profit off of my art (Patreon, making and selling merch), however, the copyright still remains with me. You must indicate prior to beginning of commission if you will require commericial liscenseing, as there may be additional fees.Private commission grants the buyer 4 months of privacy, after which, the artwork enters my public portfolio and can be shared by me at leisure. If you require your commission to be permanently private, you must indicate this before I start your project. There may be additional fees for fully private and prviate commissions.Transfer of copyright grants the buyer ownership of the artwork and full control how it is used. A full transfer of copyright comes at an additional cost, please discuss with me prior the beginning of your commission.Requests for anything inappropriate or deemed socially unacceptable by society will be ignored. No minors, hate art, political art etc...Failure to pay in FULL for a commission will result in the cancellation of current and future projects, and reversion of rights, without refund. Booking and paying for a deposit is your agreement to my TOS.
